Women's wheelchair tennis doubles from the 2000 Summer Paralympics .

The defending champions were Monique Kalkman-van den Bosch and Chantal Vandierendonck , who did not participate again. A total of 20 players took part in this tournament, which took place from October 20th to 28th.

The winners were Maaike Smit and Esther Vergeer , who defeated Branka Pupovac and Daniela Di Toro 7: 6, 6 and 6: 2 in the final.
