Sophia Lillis
Sophia Lillis (born February 13, 2002 in Crown Heights , Brooklyn ) is an American actress.
Life
Sophia Lillis had her first appearance in 2013 in the short film The Lipstick Stain , her breakthrough followed in 2014 with A Midsummer Night's Dream . She has a twin brother, Jake Lillis, and a stepbrother, Phillip Mellevold. Her parents separated in her childhood, since then she has lived with her mother, Juliana and her stepfather, Christopher Mellevold. Through her stepfather, she also took an interest in acting. Lillis began acting at the age of 7 and took classes at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute .
In 2017 she starred in the role of Beverly Marsh in the horror remake It . Other roles followed, including in the sequel to Es Kapitel 2 (2019) and the series I Am Not Okay With This (2020).
