Sorainen

Sorainen is a law firm specializing in commercial law with around 160 lawyers (including 23 partners) in Northern Europe , the Baltic States and Belarus . It was founded by the Finnish lawyer Aku Sorainen (* 1963) and is headed by him.

history

In the fall of 1991 Aku Sorainen began his thesis at the University of Lapland on business and foreign investments in the Baltic States. On September 6, 1995, he founded the Sorainen law firm in Tallinn ( Estonia ). In August 1997 Sorainen opened its second office in Riga , Latvia . In January 1999 Sorainen opened its third office in Vilnius , Lithuania . In August 2006 Sorainen had 100 employees. In March 2008, Sorainen opened a fourth office in Minsk , Belarus .
