Sorin Enachescu
Sorin Enachescu (* 1948 in Reghin , Romania ) is a pianist of Romanian origin living in Germany.
He studied in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest from 1966 and received a diploma as a concert pianist and piano teacher in 1971. Initially active as an assistant at the Ciprian Porumbescu Conservatory , he emigrated to Germany in 1977. He was a lecturer at the Hamburg Conservatory and studied from 1980 to 1983 at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater .
Since 1985 he has been teaching at the Berlin University of the Arts , and since 2006 as a professor of piano artistic training. He also works as a concert pianist.
