South Henik Lake is a lake in the Canadian territory of Nunavut , 150 km west of Hudson Bay . The lake has an area of 513 km². The lake is separated from North Henik Lake to the north by a narrow isthmus . The water of North Henik Lake flows to South Henik Lake via a drain in the far east of the isthmus. At the southwest end of South Henik Lake, the Tha-anne River drains the lake and flows south and later east to Hudson Bay.
