The South Styx River is a river in the south of the Australian state of Tasmania .
geography
The river has its source on the northern slopes of the Jubilee Range in the extreme northeast of the Southwest National Park and flows from there to the northeast. About five kilometers south of Maydena it flows into the Styx River .
