South Supreme Airlines is an airline from South Sudan based in Juba .
history
The company was founded in 2007 under the name Feeder Airlines . On September 8, 2013, South Supreme Airlines made history with the first scheduled flight between the formerly warring South Sudan and Sudan . During the unrest of 2013 and 2014 , the company had to suspend various flights. In September 2015, she finally had to temporarily cease flight operations. The Central Bank of South Sudan had practically no more US dollars , which is why South Supreme Airlines could no longer pay for the mostly foreign employees, maintenance work of the aircraft that took place abroad, insurance and fuel.
fleet
In September 2015, the South Supreme Airlines fleet consisted of four aircraft:
- 1 Boeing 737-300
- 2 CRJ100
- 1 Fokker 50
