During the construction phase, Sowwah Square Tower 1 was the name of a high-rise building on the island of Sowwah in Abu Dhabi , the capital of the United Arab Emirates .
The building is located in the newly built district of Sowwah Square and was opened in October 2012 under the name Al Sila Tower. The Al Sila Tower is 131 meters high and has 31 floors.
