Background information

The series was invented by Gerry Anderson , who made a name for himself with the science fiction series Moon Base Alpha 1 and UFO . He was best known through the puppet series Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet . He had the idea for this series back in 1986. In that year he produced the previously unsent film Space Police , in which Shane Rimmer played the role of Brogan.
