Speiden is a district of the Eisenberg municipality in the Swabian district of Ostallgäu . The church village is about one and a half kilometers northeast of Zell .
history
Speiden is mentioned for the first time in the letter of division of 1467 as "to the Spideln". The place name probably goes back to a family name Speidel, which cannot be proven.
