The Chery Tiggo is a sport utility vehicle of the Egyptian car brand Speranza and was produced under license from the Chinese Chery Tiggo . The Tiggo is a modified copy of the Japanese Honda CR-V and the first SUV from the Egyptian manufacturer.
The first units of the Speranza Tiggo left the factory in December 2008. The vehicles are powered by a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1598 cm³ and an output of 126 hp .
The wheelbase is 2510 mm. The vehicles are 4390 mm long, 1765 mm wide and 1705 mm high. The curb weight is given as 1343 kg.
Driver and front passenger airbags, ABS, EBD, central locking with remote control, air conditioning with pollen filter (semi-automatic), electronic windows, sunroof, heated rear window, fog lights, cup holders, leather upholstery and side impact protection are standard equipment on the Tiggo.
