Srividya
Srividya (born July 24, 1953 in Madras , † October 19, 2006 in Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala ) was an Indian actress .
She was born to the renowned South Indian classical music singer M. L. Vasanthakumari and made her film debut at the age of 13 in the Tamil film Iruvarul Selvam with Sivaji Ganesan .
In the Malayalam film she made her debut with Chattambikavala with the old star Sathyan . She starred in about 300 film and television productions, most of them in Malayalam, but has also appeared in films in other South Indian languages over her 40-year career.
Srividya died of cancer at the age of 53.
