Architecture and history
The four-story, plastered building was built in 1886 for the mason foreman Gustav Stubbe . The building is designed in the neo-renaissance style. On the ground floor and the first floor there is rustication that emphasizes the facade vertically . Cartridges are arranged below the windows on the first floor. Above the windows on the second and third floors there are triangular or segmented arch gables. The house has a mezzanine floor . The roof protrudes significantly.
Together with the St-Michael-Straße 6, 10 , 13 and 14 , it is one of the striking evidence for the late nineteenth building the road. There is a special contrast to the smaller older buildings from the mid-19th century.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 76647 .
