The house at St.-Michael-Straße 10 is a listed building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of St.-Michael-Straße in the Sudenburg district .
Architecture and history
The five-story plastered house was built before 1888 in the neo-renaissance style. The facade is divided horizontally by plaster strips and cornices . On the right side of the facade there is a flat side risalit . On the first floor, balusters have been added below the windows . Above the window openings on the second floor there are alternating triangular and segmented arched gables. The fourth floor is designed in an Italian style with arched windows and cartouches with floral ornaments. The roof of the house protrudes slightly and rests on console stones.
Together with the houses 5 , 6 , 13 and 14 , it is one of the striking evidence for the late nineteenth building the road. There is a special contrast to the smaller older buildings from the mid-19th century.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 76650 .
