The St. Nicholas Church on Askold grave ( Ukrainian Церква Святого Миколая на Аскольдовій могил Tserkva Swjatoho Mykolaja na Askoldowij mohyl ) is a Ukrainian-Greek-Catholic church building in the Park "Askold's grave" ( Аскольдова могила ) in the Ukrainian capital Kiev .

The architect of the pavilion church , built from 1809 to September 1, 1810 in the classical style and costing 8,000 rubles, was the Russian Andrei I. Melenski , who also built the Church of the Nativity of Christ in Kiev. According to legend, the church building of the Kiev Archeparchies , following on from some of the previous churches, is said to stand on the grave of the Varangian Prince Askold .
