St.-Peter-Strasse is located in the center of Rheindahlen near the parish church of St. Helena and is characterized by a mixture of residential buildings, former residential stable houses and half -timbered houses . It connects Helenastraße with the street “Am Wickrather Tor”.

The house no. 1 is a simple, entirely of brick masonry listed traufständiges house in four axes to two floors and was built in the second quarter of the 19th century. As part of the entire St.-Peter-Straße ensemble, the property is protected as a monument .
