St. Kilian is the Catholic parish church of Bad Heilbrunn in Upper Bavaria. The late Baroque church building in what was then Steinbach (the place was only renamed Bad Heilbrunn in 1934) was built in 1726/27 on the foundations of a late Romanesque predecessor, consecrated in 1253.

The building owner was the Benediktbeuern monastery under Abbot Magnus Pachinger , from whose college Michael Ötschmann the architect also came. The construction was carried out by the Hainz family of craftsmen from the neighboring town of Bichl . The frescoes were created by the Benediktbeurer monk Lukas Zais . He recalled the nearby healing spring in many motifs: Among other things, the cross of Christ is depicted in the choir dome as a fountain of grace, the paintings in the vaulted domes show biblical motifs such as the woman at Jacob's fountain , the life-giving spring , Hagar's water find in the desert , jurisprudence a source or Elisha source healing . In addition to the extensive fresco decorations, the church is richly decorated with late Baroque, in some cases late Gothic, sculptures. The otherwise unchanged building was extended to the west in 1931/1932; Otto Grassl (Munich) added motifs of the Stations of the Cross in the Baroque style to the interior in 1940.

Organizationally, the church was a branch church of the parish of the Benediktbeuern monastery until 1803. After secularization, it became an independent parish in 1806. The church building and the parsonage next to it are listed as architectural monuments in the Bavarian list of monuments.
