St. Ludgerus (Rheine)
The Roman Catholic Church of St. Ludgerus in Rheine -Schotthock is consecrated to St. Liudger . It was built in 1950 in the Rhine district of Schotthock .
Furnishing
It is characterized by its special interior design. In contrast to many other churches in its vicinity, the altar stands in the middle of the church. The benches were placed in a circle around it.
organ
The organ was built in 1990 by the organ builder G. Christian Lobback . The slider chest instrument has 29 sounding stops on two manuals and pedal . the game contractures are mechanically, the Registertrakturen are electric.

Parish
The parish belonging to the church was newly created in March 2005 by merging the parishes of St. Antonius and St. Ludgerus. It now includes the three districts of St. Antonius, St. Ludgerus and St. Lambertus with around 12,000 parish members.
