Ortisei (Obermehler)
The Protestant village church of St. Ulrich is in Obermehler in the Unstrut-Hainich district in Thuringia .
history
The church tower dates from the Middle Ages , the nave was newly added in 1913.
church
The choir tower church was expanded and rebuilt around 1571 and 1669. The ship is a simple rectangular building with a gable roof and a short vestibule. The pointed arch windows suggest the Gothic . There are paired rectangular windows on the north side of the church . The church hall has a wooden barrel and two-sided galleries . The block altar dates from the Middle Ages.
Steeple
The Romanesque tower is equipped with a groin vault and a pointed triumphal arch . Its upper floor is provided with half-timbering .
organ
The organ , the work of the organ builder Petersilie und Sohn from Langensalza , was installed in 1893.
