Church building

The nave consists of a cube facing west . Separated from this is a 35 meter high concrete tower. It can be seen from afar and is crowned by a large concrete cross. The facade of the church is made of brick. Mass celebrations are held in the Hedwig Chapel inside . The chapel can be entered both from the church and through the entrance directly on the street. The facade of the chapel facing the street consists mainly of white and colored crosses. A bronze cross stands behind the cuboid stone altar. It is lined with representations of the heads of the twelve apostles . A purple rock crystal is set in the center of the cross ; the cross itself is reminiscent of a Celtic cross . On the left side of the altar there has been a meter-high bronze statue of the Virgin Mary on a stone base since December 8, 2007. It was donated by the women's community and comes from the sculptor Bertram Würfl from Neukirchen near Passau. Before that, there was a representation of the Rosa mystica on the base .

Next to the small organ, next to the connecting door to the sacristy and chapel, there is a wooden sculpture of St. Hedwig. The chapel was dedicated to her because after the Second World War many refugees and displaced persons from what is now Polish areas came to Klettham.

To the south of the church building, a mosaic depicts the ordeal of Jesus . In the north are the confessionals and the baptistery . The font is a boulder with water gushing out of it. The stone is bordered by a small pond lined with stones. A modern wooden crucifix hangs in the baptistery . The christening gown, oil and chrism are kept in the wall niche . Other sculptures in the church depict Saint Vincent de Paul and the bound Jesus.

The altar in the higher chancel is a stone slab supported by four massive bronze feet. To the right of the altar is the tabernacle, a bronze column about two meters high. An organ with pipes is very rarely played at small masses. The most important art object is the mosaic behind the altar. It stretches from the floor to the ceiling, with two arms pointing left and right. It shows various motifs such as a tree, a throne and the Lamb of God .
