The State Center for Contemporary Art ( Russian Государственный центр современного искусства , Gossudarstwenny Zentr sovremennowo iskusstwa, abbreviated ГЦСИ , English National Center for Contemporary Arts in connection with the development of modern Russian art in connection with the international artistic process of the NCCA.) is directed.
