Stadtwirtschaft Weimar GmbH (SWG) as the group parent company holds 75% of the shares in SWW Beteiligungs-GmbH . Regensburger Energie- und Wasserversorgung AG & Co KG (REWAG) holds 25% . Stadtwerke Weimar Beteiligungs-GmbH hold a 51% majority stake in SWW's share capital. Thüringer Energie AG accounts for 49%
