The Stairway Glacier ( stairway English for "stairs") is a right tributary glacier of the Kaskawulsh Glacier in Kluane National Park in Canada .
The Stairway Glacier is part of the Kluane Icefield , which stretches from the northeastern slope of the Elias Range to deeper layers of the Yukon Territory . The nutrient area of the Stairway Glacier is 3,000 m above sea level, 6 km northwest of Pinnacle Peak . From there the 1.4 km wide valley glacier flows in a northerly direction and meets the Kaskawulsh glacier after 27 km. The glacier is flanked by Atrypa Peak in the east and Stairway Peak in the west .
