Stamen Grigorow ( Bulgarian Стамен Григоров , according to old transcription Grigoroff , born October 27, 1878 , † October 27, 1945 ) was a Bulgarian doctor and microbiologist.

Grigorow is considered to be the discoverer of the yogurt bacterium Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus , which he described in 1905, but not officially named himself . However, due to its imprecise statements by today's standards, it cannot be said with certainty whether it was actually this bacterium that he discovered and described at the time.

Since 2010 he has given its name to the Grigorow Glacier on the Brabant Island in Antarctica.
