Standard Parasitic Exchange Format

The Standard Parasitic Exchange Format (SPEF) is a file format for the computer-aided design of electronic circuits . This describes the electrical resistance and the capacitance as well as the delay time of wiring elements. The data are stored in SPICE format. The SPEF is part of the IEEE 1481-1999 standard.
