Stanley Lord
Stanley Lord (born September 13, 1877 in Bolton (Greater Manchester) , † January 24, 1962 in Wallasey ) was the captain of the merchant ship Californian , which was involved in the Titanic disaster. Lord had to testify before various committees of inquiry and was accused of not helping the Titanic .
