Stanley White

Stanley White ( 1913 - 1978 ) was an English journalist and writer.

Life

In addition to his journalistic oeuvre, White also created an independent literary work over the years. White published his predominantly marine-historical works under the pseudonym James Dillon White .

His cycle around “Roger Kelso” resembles Forester'sHoratio Hornblower ” and has been compared with it by the public as well as by literary critics. The adventures of Roger Kelso are set in time in the era of Robert Clive , the founder of the English influence in India.
