Production and publication

The models were created after months of patient work. The script was written at the same time and two hours of shooting resulted in 10 seconds of film time. Not only the models and the precision work on the action figures make up the work. The outdoor scenes, such as the Enterprise in the space dock or the combat maneuvers, were created in elaborate 3D animations. All of these images are enveloped in the music. Marc Teichert has composed a new soundtrack based on the original motifs. From exciting to atmospheric to melancholy, the new film music fits perfectly with the scenes.

The complete work “Der Zeitspiegel” received good audience reviews. Using the stop motion method for fan films is completely new in the scene.
