The Stargel peak (English; Bulgarian връх Стъргел wrach Stargel ) is an acute, rocky and 1350 m high mountain on the Oskar-II.-coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 8.55 km west-northwest of Mount Persenk , 14.15 km north-northwest of Skilly Peak and 9.95 km east of Mount Quandary at the northern end of the Ivanili Heights , the highest peak of which it is. The mountain is connected to the north by the Okorsh Saddle with the Foster Plateau . The Brenitsa Glacier lies to the west and the Rogosch Glacier to the east.
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 after the town of Stargel in western Bulgaria .
