The Foster Plateau is a 80 km² high plateau in the north of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It lies between the Drygalski and Hektoria glaciers .
Aerial photographs of the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–1957) were used for mapping by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the plateau in 1960 after Richard Arthur Foster (* 1929), head of the FIDS station on Danco Island in 1956 and 1957.
