The central product line of StatSoft is the modular data analysis software STATISTICA . StatSoft was founded in 1984 and has been active worldwide for over 20 years. The company is headquartered in Tulsa in the US state of Oklahoma . There are branches in 24 countries, including Germany.

In 2014, StatSoft was bought by Dell .
