Statistical Institute of Belize
The Statistical Institute of Belize (SIB) is the national central statistical office in Belize, Central America .
As in other countries ( e.g. Federal Statistical Office , Statistics Austria or Federal Statistical Office ) it collects, collects and analyzes statistical information on the economy, demographics, society and the environment.
The SIB was founded on April 1, 2007 as the successor to the Central Statistical Office and is managed by a Board of Directors . Its headquarters are in Belmopan , with branch offices in Belize City and most other district cities (with the exception of Benque Viejo del Carmen and San Pedro) .
