Statz von Segraedt (Statz = Eustachius; family name in some sources also written Segroide or Segraide; * 14th century in Aachen ; † around 1441 ibid) was aldermen and mayor of the imperial city of Aachen .

The son of the knight Statz von Segraedt and Barbara von Moirsheim belonged to the buck guild, the society of patricians , in which scholars, doctors, lawyers, merchants and civil servants were organized. In 1410 he was accepted into the college of aldermen and from 1432 also belonged to the city council. In the years 1418, 1437 and 1440 von Segraedt was finally elected mayor of the Free Imperial City of Aachen.

Statz von Segraedt was married to Titzel von Hochkirchen, daughter of the older alder Gottschalk von Hochkirchen, Mr. zu Berensberg . With her he had several children, including the later aldermen and mayors Statz, junior , Peter and Gottschalk von Segraedt, as well as the daughter Else, who married the mayor Fetschin Colyn . After the death of his father-in-law, Statz von Segraedt inherited the lands of Berensberg. Statz von Segraedt was the owner of the Segraedtsmühle already mentioned in 1390, the later plate belly mill at Johannisbach in Aachen. It was on the edge of the Carlsweiher on the site of what would later become the van Houtem cloth factory between Karlsgraben and Lochnerstraße and was used for the fulling mill and dye works there until 1817. After his death his son Statz, junior received this. He himself found his final resting place in the church of St. Paul in the Dominican monastery in Aachen .
