The Steele Glacier is located in Kluane National Park in Canada's Yukon Territory .
The 42 km long and on average 1.6 km wide glacier is located in the north of the Elias chain . The nutrient area of the Steele Glacier is located below the northern flank of Mount Steele at an altitude of 3000 m . The glacier initially flows 10 km to the east. Then he turns north. From the left the Hodgson Glacier flows into the Steele Glacier. This later turns towards east-northeast and ends at an altitude of 1200 m . Below the glacier tongue , the Steele Creek flows over a distance of 15 km in a north-northeast direction and finally flows into the Donjek River on the left .
