Stefan Bieletzke (born October 1, 1965 in Minden ) is a German economist and professor in the field of digital business at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences .

Life

After training as a Bundeswehr officer, Bieletzke completed a degree in business administration (focus: marketing , business informatics , environmental management ) at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster from 1989 to 1994 . Bieletzke wrote his diploma thesis on environmental information systems at the European IBM Environmental Center.

Between 1994 and 1999 Bieletzke was at the Chair for Information Systems and Controlling at the University of Münster a. a. active in the project “New Media in Teaching”, where the use of the WWW in university teaching was tested. In 1999 he completed his doctorate as Dr. rer. pole. with the topic of simulation of the life cycle assessment - theoretical model analysis of economic and ecological effects with Heinz Lothar Grob . Since 2001, Bieletzke has been the managing owner of the Trainings-Online Gesellschaft für E-Portale mbH, which, among other things , operates and develops the campus management system TraiNex . In 2003, Stefan Bieletzke was appointed professor at the private, state-recognized medium-sized university of applied sciences in Bielefeld, where he worked in the Senate, Dean's Office, Examination Committee, Digital Process Management and as an e-learning officer.

Act

The main focus of Stefan Bieletzke's work includes e-learning scenarios and the process-oriented, holistic development of campus management systems. In his publications, Bieletzke tries to work out the structure of campus management systems as an accreditation advantage and advocates the holistic development of systems to support communication, administration and teaching. Bieletzke is u. a. as an external assessor for institutional accreditations or for program accreditations , for start-up competitions or as an external evaluator for international Tempus projects of the European Commission .
