Stefan Holze

Stefan Holze (born May 14, 1966 in Osnabrück ) is a former German professional footballer .

Career

In the 1985/86 season, Holze joined the professional squad of VfL Osnabrück from his own offspring , which at the time relied heavily on its own junior staff. The midfielder was able to establish himself there at an early stage and was part of the Lower Saxony staff in the 2nd Bundesliga until 1989 . He then moved to Eintracht Braunschweig and then to VfL Wolfsburg within the second division . In the 1994/95 season he was hardly used and after the end of the season he decided to end his professional career in order to concentrate on his professional training as an insurance salesman. He then worked for the insurance company where he had trained. After his career, Holze lived in Braunschweig.

He completed 264 second division games and now plays as a hobby footballer at TSV Hallendorf in the district league.
