Stefan Stantschew (also spelled Stanchev, Bulgarian Стефан Станчев ; born April 26, 1989 in Smoljan , Bulgaria ) is a Bulgarian football player who has been playing for Cherno More Varna in Bulgaria since summer 2013 . His position is right defense.

Career

Stantchew came in 2008 from the youth team Levski Sofias first to the second team of Levski. After a season in the amateur team, Stantschew played on June 13, 2009 for the first time in the A Grupa for Levski Sofia . In August 2009, Stefan Stanchew was loaned to Pirin Blagoevgrad for half a year before he returned to Levski in January 2010. In summer 2012 he left the club to league rival Botew Plovdiv , but joined Minjor Pernik six months later . After Pernik's relegation from A Grupa in the summer of 2013, Cherno More Varna signed him. In 2015 he was able to win the Bulgarian Cup with his team.
