Stefan Strauch

Stefan Strauch (born May 22, 1974 in Rostock ) is a former German handball player .

The 1.94 m long runner played from the 1980/81 season at HC Empor Rostock and moved to VfL Hameln in 1999 . For the 2001/02 season he joined the Stralsund HV . In 2003, Strauch fell ill with Guillain-Barré syndrome , which meant that he had to take a six-month break. After the 2005 season he returned to HC Empor Rostock. For the 2006/07 season he moved to HSG Varel . From 2007 Strauch played at Doberaner SV, where he ended his career in 2010.
