Stefan Wolf (born January 31, 1971 in Fischbach LU ) is a former Swiss football player .

Career

After spending his youth at clubs such as FC Algro and FC Langenthal , Stefan Wolf first played in the top league at FC Luzern in 1990 . In the 1991/1992 season he won the Swiss Cup with this club. After seven years at Lake Lucerne, he moved to FC Sion for one year in 1997 . The following season he moved to Servette FC , with which Wolf celebrated victory in the championship and the cup in 1999. This summer was probably the most successful that the Fischbach native had in his career. In 2002 he was signed by FC St. Gallen . After a knee injury in the spring of 2005, Wolf couldn't make the connection and thus ended his playing career in April 2006.

Stefan Wolf played a total of 14 goalless games for the Swiss national football team .

Private

In 2007 he founded his company Wolfassist in Oensingen . Dorf he leads a project that accompanies 14 to 23 year old athletes at the beginning of their careers. Today several well-known young Swiss athletes are part of his sponsorship.

He is the father of two children.
