Stefanie Wegeler
Stefanie Wegeler (born February 5, 1974 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a former German basketball player .
career
Wegeler played 73 full international matches for Germany between May 1996 and November 2000. In 1997 and 1999 she took part in the European Championship and in 1998 in the World Championship. At the World Cup in his own country, Wegeler was used in four games and came up with an average of two points per encounter. Her highest yield in an international match was eleven points in the 1999 European Championship game against Bosnia and Herzegovina .
At club level she played for TV Langen and DJK Aschaffenburg. With Aschaffenburg she competed several times in European club competitions, including in the playing years 1996/97 and 1998/1999 in the Euroleague .
