Stone box on Björkön
On the island of Björkön in the Svanefjord west of Vänern , the collapsed stone box on Björkön ( Swedish: Hällkista på Björkön ) was discovered in the 1930s . In the approximately 3500-year-old stone box were arrowheads of slate and flint and next to individual shards of a compact layer of a total of 1,150 pieces of pottery with ornaments of passage grave remember ceramic found. The flint tools consisted of scrapers and knives . Crockery was found lined with fine-grain slate and jewelry made of slate.
