The stone box of La Mare ès Mauves (known locally as "The Cromlech") is about 200 m from the beach on the grounds of the L'Ancresse Golf Club in Vale in the north of the Channel Island of Guernsey .

Only a strangely shaped capstone survived resting on three supporting stones. At least one other stone has been removed since it was discovered in 1837. The stone box, around which are some large stones that may have belonged to a stone circle , was excavated in 1837 and 1844 by Frederick Corbin Lukis (1788–1871). He found a lot of thick-walled handmade pottery that points to a very early date.

Nearby is the La Varde dolmen and the megaliths of La Platte Mare .
