The stone boxes of Hanebjerg (also stone boxes of Vejby called) are close to the Vejby beach in Hillerød on the Danish island of Zealand .

The two stone boxes ( Danish Hellekistan ) are each surrounded by an oval stone circle. The northern stone box is the center of another stone circle, which is interrupted in the south, where the southern box is in the excavated hill. The diameter of the circle is about 12.5 m.

  • The northern box measures about 4.0 × 1.0 m and consists of seven side stones in the south and eight side stones in the north and one stone at each end. There are two cap stones.
  • The southern box is trapezoidal and measures 3.4 × 1.2 - 0.7 m. It consists of eight stones on each side and one for each end. The box was closed with seven cap stones.

There are some large stones outside both boxes. Nearby is the burial box in Gadehøj .
