Hillerød is a town in the north-east of the Danish island of Zealand , the capital of Hillerød municipality and the administrative center of the Hovedstaden region .
Attractions
Frederiksborg Castle ( Frederiksborg Slot ) is the largest Renaissance castle in Northern Europe and is located on three islands in Lake Frederiksborg.
Mor Gribs Hule (German Mother Gribs Cave ) is a megalithic complex of the funnel beaker culture (TBK), which was built between 3500 and 2800 BC. BC originated. It is located north of Hillerød not far from Helsingevej.
