Row of stones by Poul-ar-Varquez
The row of stones of Poul-ar-Varquez (or Poul-ar-Vascouet ) is a row of stones northeast of Pleubian in the Côtes-d'Armor department in France . It consists of three menhirs on a strip of land that serves as the field boundary. The three menhirs are made of granite from Perros.
- Menhir No. 1 is 2.15 m high. On the broad side, it measures 1.0 m at the base and 0.75 m at the summit.
- Menhir No. 2 stands 15.4 m away and is about 2.0 m high. The widest side measures 1.25 m at the base. It jumped from top to bottom.
- Menhir No. 3 stands 3.6 m from the previous one. It is 2.3 m long with an average width of 0.8 m.
The row of stones has been registered as a monument historique since 1982 .
Nearby is the Allée couverte on the Île Coalen .
