Stephan Anliker

Stephan Anliker (* 1957 in Langenthal ) is a Swiss architect and former athlete .

Life

As an architect, Anliker is the majority shareholder of the Ducksch & Anliker group , which was one of the main sponsors of the Grasshopper Club Zurich for the 2015/16 season .

From February 13, 2014 to March 25, 2019, he was President of the Swiss sports club Grasshopper Club Zurich and since 2011 a member of the GCZ Board of Directors . Anliker has been a member of the GCZ since 2007 and holds one of 16 owner packages. Anliker is also president of the Swiss ice hockey club SC Langenthal and a member of the board of directors of FC Zug 94 . Anliker is married to Regula Aebi .

Sports

Anliker was Swiss indoor shot put champion in 1989 and from 1987 to 1991 five-time runner-up in discus throwing . He then trained the Swiss sprinter Regula Aebi, whom he later married. The couple has two children.
