Stephan Hentschel

Stephan Hentschel (born December 1, 1981 in Riesa ) is a German chef .

Life

After training in Ladbergen , he went to Berlin in 2001.

In 2007 he became head chef at the newly founded vegetarian restaurant Cookies Cream ; Michael Kempf advised him at the beginning . The restaurant was awarded one star in the 2018 Michelin Guide .
