Stephan Seiters

Stephan Seiters (born July 23, 1960 in Meppen ) is a German lawyer and has been a judge at the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) since 2009 , as presiding judge since 2019.

Career

Seiters began his legal career in 1989 with the entry into the higher judicial service of the country Lower Saxony . In this context, he was a judge on probation at the official and Stade District Court , the local prosecutor's office and at the District Court Buxtehude employed before 1991 to 1995 to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant deputy was.
