Stephen Kelman
Stephen Kelman (born 1976 in Luton ) is a British writer.
Life
Stephen Kelman comes from a humble background. He studied marketing at the University of Bedfordshire and then worked as a warehouse worker, geriatric nurse and administrative clerk. Since 2005 he tried his hand at writing scripts for television productions. His debut novel Pigeon English was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize and other literary prizes in 2011 . In 2015 he published his second novel.
