Stephen Pitti

Stephen J. Pitti (* 1969 ) is an American historian .

Life

He grew up in Sacramento and received his PhD from Stanford University in 1998 . He is Professor of History and American Studies at Yale University . His areas of interest are history of Mexican Americans; US West; Latinos; Immigration of the 19th and 20th centuries; US-Mexico Border and Labor History.
